About the role
Sapori Toscani, a busy authentic Italian restaurant in Rouse Hill, NSW, is looking for experienced chefs to join our kitchen team. We are currently hiring for two positions: Experienced Pasta Chef and Experienced Pizza Chef.
Key responsibilities
Pasta Chef:
Prepare and cook traditional Italian pasta dishes
Work efficiently during busy services
Manage fresh pasta preparation
Pizza Chef:
Prepare and stretch pizza by hand
Manage a busy pizza section during service
Work with traditional Italian pizza and wood-fired oven techniques
About you
Pasta Chef:
Strong experience working in an Italian kitchen
Fresh pasta experience highly regarded
Pizza Chef:
Previous experience with traditional Italian pizza essential
Wood-fired oven experience preferred
Strong understanding of Italian ingredients and flavours
All candidates:
Reliable, hardworking, clean and organised
Able to work well as part of a team
Available for weekend and evening shifts
