About the role
Working as part of our kitchen team, you will be involved in preparing and delivering food across our restaurant, functions, weddings and events.
The role will include:
Food preparation and cooking to a high standard
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Maintaining excellent food quality and presentation
Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Assisting with kitchen preparation, cleaning and organisation
Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in a commercial kitchen environment
Reliable, punctual and organised
Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Passionate about quality food
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Willing to learn and contribute to the team
Available for a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Experience in catering, functions or high-volume service will be highly regarded.
