Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Windows Active Directory Engineer with strong experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Windows infrastructure and resolving AD-related issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Windows Servers.Create and manage users, groups, OUs, and permissions.Manage and troubleshoot Group Policies (GPO).Support DNS, DHCP, Domain Controllers, and AD replication.Troubleshoot Windows Server and Active Directory issues.Perform Windows Server patching, upgrades, and maintenance.Use PowerShell for basic automation and administrative tasks.Support user authentication and access-related issues.Work with network, security, and application teams to resolve technical issues.Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.Maintain technical documentation and follow standard procedures.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server.Good experience in Active Directory (AD).Experience with Group Policy (GPO).Knowledge of DNS and DHCP.Experience with Domain Controllers and AD replication.Good troubleshooting skills.Basic to good knowledge of PowerShell.Experience in an enterprise/managed services environment.Good to HaveKnowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.Experience with Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect.Knowledge of Intune.Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
