Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

About the role

Join PRD Burleigh Heads & Tallebudgera's busy in-house marketing team as a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities and takes pride in producing high-quality design work across a variety of projects. You'll work across both existing templates and new creative, producing artwork efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and brand consistency. You'll also work closely with internal and external print partners, ensuring artwork is prepared correctly and projects move smoothly from concept through to production.

Working closely with our marketing team and sales professionals, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and adapting artwork using established templates

• Developing fresh designs and creative concepts when required

• Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Producing artwork for print and digital marketing materials

• Preparing files correctly for internal and external print production

• Managing artwork requests and prioritising work based on deadlines

• Maintaining consistency across brands, campaigns and marketing materials

• Making revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback

• Working collaboratively with the wider marketing and sales teams

• Supporting the ongoing development of the PRD Burleigh Heads & Tallebudgera brand
  

About you

You’ll be a confident, capable designer who can hit the ground running. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure without compromising quality. We’re looking for someone who

• 3+ years' graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Strong knowledge of print production and artwork preparation

• Can work confidently within existing templates while also creating new designs

• Highly organised and able to manage competing deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail

• Can take feedback and turn around revisions quickly

• Clear communicator and enjoys working as part of a team

• Comfortable working closely with print and production functions

• Takes ownership of projects from brief through to final production
