Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities: 

• coordination and scheduling of crane & staff

• answering telephones 

• Communicate with clients, suppliers and team to ensure smooth execution 

• Preparation of quotes 

• Apply and follow up permits from local councils and NHVR

• Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed

• Record keeping using Excel

Qualifications & experience:

• Previous experience in an operations support role, preferably within the construction or crane industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a very busy environment 

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
