About the Opportunity

This position plays a key role in helping new customers get started with our eWAY and Ezidebit payment solutions. You'll guide merchants through the onboarding journey, ensure accounts are set up accurately and compliantly, and deliver a seamless customer experience from day one.

Salary

• The annual salary range for this position is AUD 70,000 to 75,000 plus superannuation.
• This is a fixed-term position ending on 31 July 2027

What You'll Own

• Support new customers through the onboarding and account activation journey.
• Set up merchant accounts accurately across our eWAY and Ezidebit platforms.
• Conduct onboarding and compliance checks in line with business requirements.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely support and guidance.
• Process account updates, product changes, and maintenance requests.
• Work closely with Sales, Risk, Credit, and Client Services teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer data and achieve key onboarding and activation targets.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.

It's a Bonus If You Have

• Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding or compliance processes.
• Experience using Salesforce, Genesys, or similar CRM/workflow systems.
• Background in customer onboarding, customer success, or client support roles.
