About the Role

This is where great client experiences are made — helping people feel valued, giving them certainty, and empowering them to take charge of their financial future.

As a Client Experience Specialist, you’ll help existing clients understand the value of their annual financial review and book them in with one of our Financial Advisers. You’ll often be one of the first and most consistent voices our clients hear from PictureWealth — so every conversation is a chance to make someone feel important, give them certainty about their next step, and leave them feeling empowered about their finances.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by outcomes and passionate about making clients feel genuinely looked after.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Calling existing clients to book and confirm annual review appointments with Financial Advisers
• Explaining the purpose and value of the review in a clear, helpful and professional way
• Following up with clients for information, documents and service agreement completion
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with empathy, energy and confidence
• Supporting advisers with calendar management, scheduling and workflow coordination
• Updating client records and keeping CRM/internal systems accurate and up to date
• Helping ensure each client journey is smooth, organised and well-managed from start to finish

What You’ll Bring

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable following up with clients professionally without being pushy
• Commercially aware and confident working in an appointment-setting or outcomes-driven role
• Positive, coachable and keen to learn
• A strong communicator who takes ownership and follows things through

Experience in phone-based customer service, sales, appointment setting, retention or client support would be highly regarded.

Experience using CRM systems or working in financial services, real estate, health, education, hospitality or another people-focused industry would also be beneficial.

You don’t need to come from financial advice — we’ll teach you the industry side. What matters most is that you’re confident speaking with people, eager to learn and willing to put in the work.
