Serenitas Management
About the role
At Serenitas, we're one of Australia's leading owners, operators, and developers of land lease communities. With a growing portfolio of communities across the country, we're focused on creating places where homeowners can enjoy an active, connected, and rewarding lifestyle.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Community Operations Coordinator to support multiple communities across Western Australia. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational excellence.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you'll work closely with Village Managers and the Community Operations Leadership Team to ensure our communities operate efficiently, remain compliant, and consistently deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships, and making a tangible impact on the performance of multiple communities.
✅ Supporting Village Managers with operational administration, systems, and compliance
✅ Driving consistency across community processes, communications, and record keeping
✅ Coordinating preventative maintenance programs, contractor onboarding, and risk management activities
✅ Acting as a key systems champion across platforms including RMS, DocuSign, CRM and compliance systems
✅ Assisting with budget management, purchasing, invoice processing, and operational reporting
✅ Supporting homeowner engagement initiatives and helping resolve community-related matters
✅ Delivering training and onboarding support to new team members
✅ Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen operational performance
These responsibilities align with the role's focus on administration and operational coordination, business optimisation, financial controls, compliance, and homeowner engagement.
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes
Comfortable working across multiple priorities and locations
Confident building relationships with homeowners, team members, contractors, and stakeholders
Experienced in administration, operations, facilities management, property, retirement living, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment
Proficient with business systems and technology
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Be part of one of Australia's fastest-growing land lease community operators
Make a genuine difference to the lives of homeowners
Work alongside a collaborative and values-driven team
Enjoy a role with variety, autonomy, and opportunities for growth
Help shape the future of community living as we expand nationally
If you're a highly organised operator who enjoys supporting teams, improving processes, and creating great customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
