Job Summary

Sarkaria Autozone is seeking an experienced Full-Time Motor Mechanic to join our professional workshop. This role focuses on general servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance of light vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inspect, service, and repair a wide range of light vehicles
• Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, and tune-ups
• Repair and replace worn or defective parts
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to identify faults
• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure safety and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and pollution regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop
• Complete job cards and follow workshop procedures

Requirements and Necessary Experience:

• Qualified Motor Mechanic with minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced workshop
• Australian Qualification required:
• Certificate III and/or IV in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
• Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis

Salary & Employment Details:

• Attractive salary: $78,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
