Project Marketing Consultant - Residential Property Development

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Marketing Consultant to lead the marketing strategy and delivery of our residential developments from project planning through to settlement. Working closely with the Development teams, you will coordinate marketing campaigns, manage external consultants, and drive successful project launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing strategies for residential developments, spanning both consumer-facing campaigns and business-to-business engagement with brokers, agents and industry partners.

• Manage project marketing budgets, programmes and campaign delivery.

• Coordinate external agencies and consultants, including creative, digital, PR and project sales teams.

• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, websites, display suites, signage and digital campaigns.

• Work closely with Development and Sales teams to support project positioning and sales objectives.

• Build and maintain B2B relationships with real estate agents, brokers, financiers and industry stakeholders to drive referral and off-the-plan sales channels.

• Assist with purchaser communications throughout the sales and settlement journey, including pre-sale updates, contract and settlement correspondence, and construction progress notifications.

• Coordinate project launches, events and promotional activities, including agent and industry networking events.

 Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in residential project marketing or property marketing together with a relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.

• Experience working for a residential developer, project marketing consultancy or project sales agency highly regarded.

• Strong understanding of the residential property development and sales process.

• Demonstrated experience in B2B relationship management, ideally with real estate agents, brokers or industry partners.

• Experience managing purchaser or customer communications, including correspondence relating to contracts, settlement and construction updates.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external consultants.

• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercial mindset with experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
