Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Experienced Landscape Gardener | Team Leader to join our team on a Full Time basis. The successful candidate will manage a team of gardeners, overseeing all aspects of gardening work, ensuring that all tasks are carried out to the highest standard and completed within the agreed timescale. This role commands an annual salary ranging from $79,500 - $85,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and train a team of gardeners

• Plan and execute landscape gardening work

• Maintain all garden equipment in accordance to safety standards

• Ensure all gardening work is completed to the highest standard

• Work with clients to design, create and maintain tailored gardens

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally possess a Horticulture Certificate III or equivalent tertiary qualifications, or relevant hands on experience as a gardener and team leader

• Excellent knowledge of plants and gardening techniques

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Knowledge of safety standards and the ability to use gardening equipment and tools

• NSW Driver Licence
