Role Focus: Mainframe CICS & MQ Infrastructure Support.Key Requirements & Experience:10+ years of experience in Mainframe CICS and MQ environments.Operations support for Mainframe CICS (CICS & MQ series).CICS online resource definitions (terminals, programs, bundles), defining new CICS regions.CICS TS upgrades from lower to higher versions.CICS Transaction Gateway, CICS WebServices, and CICSPlex operations.Vendor product installation/upgrades, applying PTFs, and CICS SSL setup/troubleshooting.Monitoring tools (CA SYSVIEW, Omegamon, Mainview).CICSPlex setup (CMAS), MRO region setup, and troubleshooting.WebSphere MQSeries on z/OS (v7.1 / v9.0), MQ Clustering, objects/channels/queues, and upgrades.z/OS Connect and zIOA installation/configuration.
