About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HC Truck Driver to join our team, reporting directly to the WASS Manufacturing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily deliveries in line with company expectations

• Load and secure products safely according to daily load sheets

• Maintain strict adherence to Work Health & Safety policies and procedures

• Represent WA Salt Supply professionally when interacting with customers

• Driving performance through the monitoring of key performance indicators with the objective of improving distribution capability

• Meeting delivery expectations of the Business and its Customers

• Assist in factory operations during off-peak delivery periods and on days that there are no deliveries

About You

• Current HC (Heavy Combination) Driver’s Licence

• Valid Forklift (LF) High Risk Work Licence

• Minimum 2 years truck driving experience

• Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers

• Willingness to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
