The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Spray Sealing Crew Member to join our team based at our Wingfield depot in South Australia. Travel to various locations across the state will be required.

Both full-time and casual positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and availability.

Reporting to the Spray Sealing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks including ground support, roller operation, and cover truck operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant and equipment (Cover Truck, Broom, Roller)

• Load and unload plant and equipment

• Drive heavy vehicles to and from project sites

• Conduct spray sealing applications to quality standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Perform maintenance tasks as directed

• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures

• Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines

• Be flexible with overtime, weekends, and remote travel

• Enjoy working outdoors with a strong work ethic

Skills & Experience

• Experience in spray sealing or similar transferable skills

• HC truck licence or above preferred

• Road train experience and Dangerous Goods licence advantageous

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Plant competency tickets (Cover Truck, Broom, Roller) highly desirable
