As a key member of the operations team, you'll play a vital role in keeping freight moving efficiently and safely. This is a varied, active role combining forklift operation with general warehouse duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating forklifts to load, unload and move freight across the warehouse and yard
• Loading and unloading trucks, trailers and containers
• Organising, stacking and storing pallets and bulk items
• Assisting with strapping/unstrapping freight, pulling curtains and tarps
• Picking and compiling orders using RF scanners
• Supporting stock control, inventory accuracy and stock rotation
• Conducting daily forklift checks and reporting maintenance issues
• Ensuring all loads are secure and safely distributed
• General warehouse support as required

We're looking for someone reliable, safety-focused and ready to contribute to a strong team culture.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Forklift operation experience in a warehouse or transport environment
• Experience working in fast-paced operations
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• Good physical fitness (manual handling involved)
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Reliable transport and a commitment to punctuality
• A team-first mindset and willingness to get involved
