About the Role
The Manager Property and Planning plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of UOW's property portfolio, campuses and student accommodation strategy. Reporting to the Director Property and Commercial, this position leads strategic planning, portfolio analysis, master planning and property development initiatives that support the University's growth, student experience, financial sustainability and long-term estate performance.

About the Team
The Infrastructure & Property Division (IPD) is responsible for the provision, development and stewardship of UOW's campuses and built environment. The division delivers high-quality learning, teaching, research and recreational spaces that create a safe, sustainable and welcoming experience for students, staff and visitors.
Working closely with Strategic Asset Management, Facilities Operations and Campus Planning teams, this role contributes to the long-term planning and performance of the University's estate while influencing major strategic property and development initiatives.
