You're one of the best lash extension artist or brow artists you know (or both which makes you doubly epic). You take a lot of pride in what you do - it’s an art form and you don't cut corners. You always have clients requesting you by name, because you're so good. You genuinely love what you do - you're a real people person and love making others happy.

You like being part of happy teams that are low drama, no gossip and genuinely enjoy working together. You work best when you have a professional environment, with structure and procedures. You respect your manager and don’t have an ego. You’re happy to help out with whatever is needed.

We have built a really great team with some really loyal employees. We work very hard to create a kind, friendly environment for our staff that is free from drama. We want our staff to feel calm, secure and that they’re always being encouraged to do their best. We will give you any training you need & want and we will help you master your skills and grow further. Additional training with certification will be available to you.

We're not the kind of place where people come and go. We’re protective of our culture and the team we've built, and we're proud of them. Our staff all support each other and help with whatever is needed, including cleaning (note: cleaning is part of the role, as each salon doesn't have a cleaner).

We value experience much more than certificates. If you have experience and are specialist with lashes - both classic & volume extensions - we want to meet you.

We start all our staff on a casual basis and we pay award rates. Once you've passed a successful probation we will happily make you permanent (and will pay above award rates).

This is a full time role so you do need to have full working rights permanent or temporary for Australia.
