The Opportunity 
  
As the Legal Practice Manager of our Personal Injury team, you'll shape team performance, uplift client outcomes and contribute to a practice grounded in fairness, accountability and justice. With support from General Manager, Alice Tan, you'll lead a high performing WorkCover and TAC team while continuing to progress and resolve matters for clients.

Working alongside a team passionate about making a meaningful difference, you'll drive capability, engagement and performance while helping clients access the justice they deserve.
   
With compassion, connection and purpose, you’ll truly champion our clients by: 

• Cultivating strong relationships within Shine to uphold a cohesive and motivated team.
• Marketing your own personal brand, and that of the branch, to successfully help our clients and secure new cases.
• Actively supporting and coaching your team to guarantee effective time recording, timeliness and satisfied clients.
• Providing operational oversight and effectively managing budgets and team performance.
• Progressing and resolving WorkCover and TAC cases.
• Providing the legal advice and representation our clients need and deserve to obtain maximum compensation.

What you’ll bring 
  
To thrive in this role, you’ll have: 

• Significant experience as a personal injury litigation solicitor.
• Desire to grow and coach a thriving team.
• A strong understanding of, and ability to interpret relevant legislation and legal documentation.
