Apprentice Automotive Technician

2nd/3rd Year Apprentice Automotive Technician — Pace Auto Werks, West Perth

Pace Auto Werks is a specialist workshop for late model German vehicles, looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd year apprentice automotive technician to join our team in West Perth.

About the role:
You'll work alongside our experienced technicians on late model German vehicles — including brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche — building your skills across servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on modern vehicle systems in a supportive, hands-on workshop environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on late model German vehicles

• Learning brand-specific diagnostic techniques using Autologic scan tools and other factory-level diagnostic equipment

• Building skills on modern vehicle systems under the guidance of qualified technicians

• Following workshop safety and quality procedures

• Keeping the workshop and tools organised and well maintained

• Building toward completion of your automotive trade qualification, with specialist experience on late model European vehicles

What we're looking for:

• Currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of an automotive apprenticeship (Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar)

• Genuine interest in late model European/German vehicles and modern automotive technology

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Own basic hand tools (preferred)

• Current driver's licence
