Cleaning Staff

About the role

Our cleaners are responsible for a range of duties and work to agreed schedules to deliver an exceptionally high standard of work. Positions are available in Brisbane CBD with 4 hour shifts from 6pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc.)

• Mopping, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming

• Maintenance of stock supplies and orders

• Spot cleaning

• Washroom cleaning

• Ensuring compliance with company procedures

• Creating a positive and safe working environment

About you

• Extensive cleaning experience including the use of equipment such as scrubbers and burnishers

• Prior retail cleaning experience

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills applicable in a dynamic work environment

• Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated

• High standard of presentation

• Personable with exceptional time management skills, and the ability to engage a diverse range of people

• Good communication and time management skills

• An eye for detail and being proactive

• Trustworthy and reliable

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
