John Matthew & Sons is seeking an experienced WA Real Estate Licensed Property Manager to join our professional, experienced and successful Property Management Team.

This is an Expression of Interest opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who is looking for a supportive and professional workplace, a well-managed portfolio, strong team support and an environment that provides the opportunity to grow and develop their career.

About the Role

The successful applicant will undertake the comprehensive management of a residential property portfolio comprising approximately 200 properties, supported by two Property Management Assistants. This role requires a dedicated professional adept at cultivating strong relationships with both property owners and tenants. Responsibilities include providing proactive and professional property management, ensuring strict adherence to current Western Australian legislation and industry standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a current WA Real Estate Licence

• Has proven experience in residential property management

• Has a strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation and property management procedures

• Has experience using property management software, particularly TAPI and PropertyMe (preferred but not essential)

• Is organised, professional and confident when dealing with property owners, tenants and contractors

• Has excellent communication, organisation and administration skills

• Takes pride in delivering a high level of customer service

• Can work independently while also contributing positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment 

• Is committed to maintaining high professional standards and taking a proactive approach to property management
