Commercial Paralegal

Location: Sydney, NSW

Experience: Minimum 1 year full-time experience as a Paralegal

Zylo has joined forces with a respected law firm in Sydney that values excellence in legal practice. We're searching for a talented Paralegal to become a part of their team and contribute to their commitment to client satisfaction.

Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and be able to support our team in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Preparing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Assisting with discovery and evidence collection
• Organising and maintaining legal files
• Coordinating court appearances and depositions
• Providing general administrative support to attorneys

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience as a Paralegal
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research databases and software
• Bachelor's degree in law or paralegal studies preferred

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

• Commercial Law
• Litigation
• Insolvency Law
