Blonde Beauty Co. is a boutique Morayfield salon specialising in lived-in blondes, dimensional colour, healthy hair, keratin bond extensions and Nanoplasty.

We’re a small, close team with a big focus on culture.

We help each other.

You’re a qualified hairdresser who takes pride in your work, but you know being a great stylist is about more than technical skill.

You’re warm and approachable.

You listen.

You care about the guest experience.

You’re supportive of the people you work beside.

You’re happy to keep learning and equally happy to share what you know.

And you want to build genuine relationships with your clients rather than simply get them in and out of the chair.

We love blondes and lived-in colour, but you don’t need to be perfect at everything.

We can teach techniques.

We can support you in areas you want to improve.

What we can’t teach is kindness, attitude and being someone your teammates can rely on.

The role

• Part-time or full-time available

• $37.80 per hour

• Paid lunch breaks

• No weekends

• No public holidays

• One evening shift required on Tuesday or Wednesday

• Supportive, established team

• Ongoing education and development
