What you'll be doing

As a Registered Midwife, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based, woman-centred care throughout the maternity journey while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for women, babies and their families.

In your role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering safe, compassionate and individualised midwifery care across a range of clinical settings.

• Assessing, monitoring and responding to changing clinical needs while coordinating appropriate referrals and escalating care when required.

• Partnering with women, families and carers to support informed decision-making and positive birth experiences.

• Supervising, mentoring and supporting students and colleagues while contributing to a positive team culture.

• Effectively managing clinical priorities and resources while maintaining professional standards, cultural respect and quality care.
