Key responsibilities

• Serve customers and provide a memorable customer experience

• Make bubble tea drinks with pride and passion

• Keep the store clean, tidy and ready to welcome guests

• Regularly brew tea and cook signature toppings to the highest standards

• Ensure daily cleaning and food safety standards are met

About you

• Customer service mindset

• Confident and great communicator

• Available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

• Previous Sharetea experience will be considered an advantage

• Must be available 4 full days a week
