Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer documents.
• Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
• Provide clients with clear and accurate advice on property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process.

Qualifications:

• A recognised qualification in conveyancing or law.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a conveyancing role.
• Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
