We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to help grow our impact by building meaningful partnerships with businesses, philanthropic organisations and donors who want to make a real difference.

This is more than a fundraising role. It is an opportunity to bring people together around a shared purpose and help create lasting change in our community.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Communications, you will lead the growth of some of our most important revenue streams by:

• Developing and growing strategic corporate partnerships.

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities and sponsorships.

• Building relationships with philanthropic trusts and foundations.

• Leading our Workplace Giving program.

• Preparing compelling funding proposals, presentations and impact reports.

• Representing the Foundation across the Geelong business and community sectors.

• Managing partnership pipelines and opportunities through Salesforce CRM.

You'll work closely with business leaders, community organisations, donors and colleagues to create partnerships that deliver genuine social impact.

About you

You're someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and finding opportunities where others see challenges.

You'll bring:

• Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, fundraising or account management.

• A proven ability to develop and maintain high-value relationships.

• Confidence presenting ideas and developing compelling proposals.

• Strong commercial thinking with a focus on achieving growth targets.

• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

• A genuine passion for creating positive community impact.

Experience within the not-for-profit sector is welcomed but not essential. If you've built strategic partnerships and can inspire organisations to invest in meaningful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
