What you'll be doing

• Manage the daily operations of the hotel

• Work rotating shifts across different times of the day

• Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel premises

• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of hotel operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hotel management role

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest interactions effectively

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Australian citizenship is required for this position
