Bellezza Espresso is seeking a passionate and motivated Kitchen hand / Pastry & Baking to join our growing production kitchen team in Mansfield, QLD.

This role is based in our large-scale production pastry & Baking kitchen, preparing high-quality sweet and savoury items supplied across multiple Bellezza cafes throughout Brisbane CBD. We are not a boutique pastry shop — this is a high-volume, consistent production environment suited to someone who enjoys working efficiently as part of a strong team.

The right candidate will have a genuine passion for cooking, pastries, and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Good attitude, reliability, and passion are most important to us.

• Full-time position

• Monday to Friday roster

• Operational hours between 6:00am – 4:00pm

• High-volume production kitchen

• Prepare pastries, cakes, baked goods, desserts, and savoury items

• Work collaboratively with the owner and kitchen team

• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards

• Assist with product development and new ideas

• Passion for food, pastry, and cooking

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and consistent team player
