Coles Merchandiser

Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing. 
    
About the Role: 
Territory: CHULLORA and surrounds 
Hours: Average of 17 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs) 
Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential
  
Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel 
• Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
• Pricing and ticketing compliance
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. 

Successful candidate will have: 

• Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable 
• Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail 
• Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential) 
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
