Topdrill is a leading drilling company based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. We specialise in Reverse Circulation (RC) and Diamond Drilling (DD) offering FIFO from Perth to sites around WA. 

People applying from interstate MUST be willing to relocate to Perth.

The roles and responsibilities through your traineeship include but are not limited to:

• Accepting and acting on instructions from the driller in a safe and timely manner

• Pulling rods: loading and unloading drill rods out of the feed mechanism in the drill rig

• Attending pre-shift meetings and actively participating

• Performing pre-starts on all equipment using our app based platform

• Cleaning and loading of Diamond Core or moving samples

• Learning how to operate the rigs

• 12 hour shifts

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills & attributes:

• Hold a minimum current Full C class manual licence (without Provisions) but HR licence preferred

• Experienced offsiders and Trainee's highly sought after

• Be able to provide a clear National Police Clearance and complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screen

• Ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic team environment

• A good work ethic (essential)

• Have full working rights

• Preference for those with First Aid & Working at Heights certificates.

• Be based in Perth or willing to relocate to Perth
