About The Role

Bai Long Store is a fully licensed modern and premium Asian located in CBD of Adelaide. We are known for our fusion of Asian culinary food. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team. The right candidate will be starting as Chef and toward pathway as the Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of modern Asian dishes

2. Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations

3. Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock control, and coordinate timely ordering of supplies

4. Collaborate with head chef and owner in creating new dishes

Required CV:

1. Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial kitchen

3. Solid understanding of Asian (in particularly South East Asian or Cantonese) cooking techniques, ingredients, and contemporary presentation styles

4. Ability to use Wok cooking technique is not compulsory but add merit to application.
