At Aussie Care, we are committed to enhancing lives. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve independence and enjoy life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with community activities and recreational pursuits.

• supporting participant with personal care needs - participants have intellectual disability (Caringbah)

• Supporting daily tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and personal care.

• Facilitating social community activities

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications (Cert III or Diploma) in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services.

• Experience in the disability sector with strong communication skills.

• Own transport and a valid Australian driver's license.

• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

• Understanding of NDIS principles.

Specifically required checks and certifications:

• National Police Check

• Working with Children Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Administration of Medication Certificate
