ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a strategic marketing leader who can connect brand activity to pipeline performance and long-term customer value. As Head of Integrated Marketing, you will shape the global marketing framework across prospect lifecycle strategy, customer retention, campaign architecture, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).

Working closely with regional marketing teams and key stakeholders across the business, you'll influence how marketing drives growth, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale strategic marketing capabilities across a global organisation while creating alignment between brand, product, growth, and sales priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Integrated Marketing and Insights Manager
Define lifecycle marketing and campaign measurement frameworks and performance metrics
Influence stakeholders across multiple regions to drive alignment, consistency, and regional relevance
Lead campaign retrospective and learning processes to drive continuous optimisation across regions
Shape and establish the organisation's Account-Based Marketing strategy and implementation approach
Own and evolve the global prospect lifecycle strategy, defining marketing engagement across each stage of the customer journey
Develop integrated marketing strategies and campaign frameworks that support pipeline progression and business growth
Identify pipeline bottlenecks and implement strategic marketing interventions to improve conversion outcomes
Design and scale customer marketing and retention programmes that support onboarding, growth, advocacy, and long-term customer value
Identify opportunities to increase customer retention, expansion, and adoption of technology features and services
Support the selection and implementation of customer marketing tools and associated programme launch activities
Develop and govern a global campaign architecture framework that aligns campaigns to funnel stages and annual priorities
Ensure campaign planning aligns with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and commercial objectives
Partner with Growth and Demand teams on ABM tooling, automation, data infrastructure, and implementation frameworks
Analyse campaign and lifecycle performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and growth insights
Translate performance outcomes into meaningful commercial reporting for senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Build strong partnerships with Product Marketing, Growth and Demand, Lifecycle, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Operational Marketing teams
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

8-10+ years' experience in B2B marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to operate within a complex, multi-region global matrix environment
Experience establishing new marketing functions, programmes, or capabilities from inception
Proven success designing and scaling customer marketing, retention, or lifecycle programmes
Ability to translate marketing strategy into commercial outcomes for senior and C-suite stakeholders
Certifications or training in lifecycle marketing, ABM, or marketing analytics platforms advantageous
Demonstrated experience owning prospect lifecycle, demand generation, or pipeline conversion strategies
Strong commercial acumen with experience reporting marketing impact on pipeline conversion, retention, and revenue growth
Experience partnering with campaign execution, marketing operations, sales enablement, and product teams
