What are some of the things you will be responsible for?

•     Assisting a Leading Sales & Leasing Agent

•     Prospecting for new business in Commercial Leasing & Sales

• Signing up your own leases

•     Property inspections

•     Writing & preparing Property Ads

•     Follow up on enquiries & inspections

•     Research & Database management

This position reports to the Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent and works closely with Sales & Leasing Agents & Asset Managers.

Some of the things you need to bring:

•     1 year experience in real estate

•     Assistant Agents Certificate in Real Estate

•     Excellent knowledge Microsoft 365

•     Knowledge of CRM systems ie Agent Box or Sales Force

•     Highly organised with strong attention to detail

•     Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders

•     Positive, can do, work hard, play hard attitude

•     You must live on the Northern Beaches and have complete understanding of our area & market

•     Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislation
