In this role, you will support and enhance our SAP Ariba platform across the Source‑to‑Contract and Procure‑to‑Pay lifecycle. In this role, you’ll lead configuration, continuous improvement, and governance of Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, Invoicing, and Supplier Enablement.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, test enhancements, and drive platform performance and user experience improvements. You’ll also provide second‑line support, manage procurement templates and catalogues, and oversee supplier enablement activities. This role is perfect for someone proactive, technically skilled, and passionate about delivering high‑quality procurement system solutions

This is a 12 month max-term opportunity based in multiple locations across Australia

What You'll Do

Configure and continuously improve SAP Ariba modules across S2C and P2P. Maintain procurement templates, catalogues, forms, workflows, and dashboards. Manage supplier enablement and Ariba Network trading relationships. Provide end-user support and respond to procurement system queries. Capture business requirements and support testing of enhancements and updates. Drive innovation initiatives to improve system performance and user experience. Maintain governance frameworks, access controls, and change management processes.

What You’ll Bring

Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba across S2C and P2P Strong technical capability in system configuration and integrations (including APIs) Experience extracting and analysing data (e.g., SAP ECC6) Ability to work independently and lead improvement initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working in large, complex organisations High level of problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
