Transactions Associate

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Capitalise on Pendium’s extensive IP to manage an active sales and valuation pipeline and qualify buyer enquiries through outreach and strategic marketing campaigns.

• Attend client meetings as directed with the Associate Directors.

• With both the Transaction team and Client Services teams support transactions end-to-end — listing, marketing, documentation and post settlement follow up.

• With the Pendium CRM monitor and record future and current seller activity, maintain structured reporting to the senior management team and help drive continuous improvement.
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Background in real estate sales as a Class 2 or Assistant Agent, agency sales administration, buyer’s agency, business development or valuation (including if you are currently studying).

• Class 2 Agents Licence (or NSW Assistant Agents Certificate of Registration), eligible for Victorian Agent’s Representative by Mutual Recognition, and at least two years’ experience.

• Exceptional communication skills and have a thorough understanding of the importance of fostering excellent client relationships.

• Have a desire for success, can work easily within a small dynamic team and enjoys a fast paced environment of collaboration.
