In this role, you will play an important part in driving sales activity, building buyer and vendor engagement, and supporting the broader sales process. This is a candidate-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying close to market activity, and contributing to a fast-moving residential property environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities and sales leads
• Attend open homes, private inspections and auctions
• Manager buyer relationships, including open home follow-up calls
• Liaise with the administration team to ensure properties are presented to a high standard
• Prepare and distribute letterbox drop marketing campaigns
• Assist in negotiating sales with prospective buyers
• Prepare vendor reports
• Attend market appraisal appointments with sales agents (where required)
• Conduct Just Listed and Just Sold calls to database contacts
• Notify buyers of off-market and pre-market opportunities
• Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate and engagement
• Prepare listing presentations and conduct regular market research
• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email and text message

• Demonstrate strong attention to providing excellent customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property sales, including at least 2 years of end-to-end sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in prospecting for residential property sales and managing buyer relationships in a residential property sales environment
• Experience preparing and delivering listing presentations for residential property sales.
• Must be based within 20km of Muswellbrook.
• Holds a real estate agent licence or assistant agent registration or on track to becoming licensed
