We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team, for an immediate start.

This is a versatile position suited to either a male or female applicant who enjoys working in a busy office environment and takes pride in being organised, accurate, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering telephone and email enquiries

• Booking vehicle services and repairs

• Preparing and managing job cards

• Preparing customer quotes

• Ordering vehicle parts

• Processing invoices and payments

• Data entry

• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records

• General administration and office duties

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

• Excellent computer skills and confidence using a range of computer programs. (Excel, Xero, eq.)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• The ability to multitask and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Desirable Skills

While not essential, the following would be highly regarded:

• Experience in automotive administration or as a Service Advisor

• Knowledge of vehicle parts and automotive terminology

• Previous administration or customer service experience
