Dental State Manager - New South Wales

The Company Primary Dental is one of Australia's largest Dental Support Organisations, supporting a nationwide network of over 180+ independent dentists in 60+ dental centres across Australia. We are proudly part of the ForHealth Group. The Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Dental State Manager to lead our dental operations across New South Wales. Reporting to the Director of Dental, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, clinical governance, and employee engagement across multiple dental centres. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney head office. As a key leader within the business, you will support Dental Coordinators, assistants, and Dentists to deliver outstanding patient experiences while achieving strategic and commercial objectives.
