Civil Estimator

Roadform are seeking an experienced and disciplined Civil Estimator to join our team.

Roadform delivers road construction and maintenance across Western Australia, working with the mining sector, local government, and Main Roads WA. We're a business built on setting up projects for success and delivering results that hold up over time — and we're growing.

The role

We're looking for an experienced, disciplined Civil Estimator to take ownership of pricing civil works and preparing tender submissions, working closely with the Civils Divisional Manager to manage RFQ and tender bidding opportunities across the business.

You'll be involved from the early stages of bid development — representing Roadform directly with clients, identifying risk and opportunity, and helping shape submissions that are competitive and deliverable.

This is a hybrid role based in Bibra Lake, with occasional travel to site for client meetings and tender briefings (roughly 1–2 nights away per month).

What you'll be doing

• Pricing civil works across road construction and maintenance projects

• Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and developing construction sequencing

• Compiling and submitting tenders to a high standard, on time

• Reviewing contract terms and conditions as part of the bid process

• Building and maintaining client relationships through the tender and bid phase

• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities and feeding these back into pricing and strategy

What you'll bring

• Strong project delivery experience with road and civil construction

• Strong working knowledge of Main Roads WA Specifications

• Attention to detail with proven ability to produce detailed quantity take-offs and sequencing

• Experience with contract review and administration

• Strong client-facing communication skills

• A disciplined, methodical approach to pricing and risk
