Job Description

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll be involved in a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including:

Providing chairside assistance to our cliniciansPreparing surgeries and equipment for patientsAssisting with a range of dental proceduresSupporting sterilisation and infection control processesMaintaining a clean, organised and well-prepared clinical environmentSupporting our patients throughout their visit and helping them feel comfortableWorking closely with clinicians and the wider practice teamHelping ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous dental assisting experience A positive and friendly personalityExcellent communication and patient care skillsStrong attention to detailThe ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a teamA proactive attitude and willingness to get involvedA professional approach and commitment to high clinical standardsCertificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is desirable
