WA Regional Manager - Mining Services

Marstep Consulting is pleased to be partnering with a valued mining services client to appoint a WA Regional Manager.

This is a key commercial leadership opportunity with an established business experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will take ownership of the Western Australian operation, with a strong focus on winning new work, building client relationships and managing the business to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.

Based from a home office in Perth, you will travel regularly to client and operational sites across Western Australia. You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening existing accounts and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and commercially.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute leader with experience in drilling, mining, explosives or quarrying who can balance business development with hands-on operational management.

To be successful, you will ideally possess:

• Senior leadership experience within mining or mining services
• A proven ability to identify, pursue and secure new business
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing a business unit, including full P&L responsibility
• Well-developed commercial and financial acumen
• Experience preparing and delivering operational budgets
• Proven project and contract management capability
• The ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
• A strong understanding of safe and efficient site operations
