About the Role

Due to exciting growth within the Fleet and Logistics team, we now seek a Transport Coordinator to help keep the wheels turning at our Blacktown warehouse.

The Transport Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination of daily deliveries, driver allocations, and run planning to ensure on-time, accurate, and reliable service.

This hands-on role acts as the key communication link between warehouse operations, drivers, sales, customer service, and fleet; playing a key role in getting orders out the door, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll sit at the centre of operations, becoming the cog that keeps everything moving.

This position would be perfect for an early career logistics specialist looking to combine their passion for driving with technology and administration.

Hours

• Monday to Friday | 4am - 12pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and transport logistics across the distribution centre

• Allocate and adjust loads to manage delivery schedules to meet timelines

• Provide ETAs and delivery updates to internal teams

• Minimise disruption to planned runs while accommodating reasonable changes

• Maintain clear line of communication with Drivers, Operations Manager, National Logistics Manager and National Fleet Manager to support continuous improvement

About You

• Current LF and Minimum MR licence – at least a year of MR driving experience would be required.

• Experience with working to deadlines in a dispatch environment

• Experience in or willingness to learn route planning and/or driver coordination

• Basic understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance checks

• Confident communication across teams, drivers and contractors

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

• Experience in transport, logistics, operations administration, or supply chain environments will be highly regarded, but not essential.
