Electrical Fitters & A Grade Electricians

CrewSELECT is seeking experienced Electrical Fitters and A Grade Electricians to join a leading switchboard manufacturer in Thomastown.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, workshop-based work manufacturing switch rooms and electrical equipment racks for major data centre infrastructure projects. If you have strong switchboard, control panel, busbar or heavy copper experience, we want to hear from you.

• Electrical Fitters – $52/hr + penalties
• A Grade Electricians – $56/hr + penalties
• Consistent 8–10 hour days with overtime opportunities
• Ongoing Monday–Friday work with immediate starts
• Workshop-based in Thomastown – no site travel

Working within a busy electrical manufacturing workshop, you’ll be involved in the construction and wiring of large-scale electrical infrastructure for the data centre sector.

• Build and wire switch rooms and data centre equipment racks
• Complete switchboard and control panel wiring
• Install busbars and heavy copper systems
• Read and work from electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams
• Complete work accurately while meeting quality and production requirements

• Electrical Fitter Licence/qualification or Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence
• Previous switchboard, control panel or electrical manufacturing experience
• Experience with busbar and heavy copper installation
• Strong ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Own tools, PPE and a strong commitment to safety and quality

This isn't a short-term project or a role that has you travelling between sites. You'll join an established manufacturing team with a strong pipeline of work supporting major data centre projects.
