This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week based in the office, as well as regular travel across Western Sydney to engage with providers, partners and stakeholders.
About the role
At WentWest, we work with local communities, providers and partners to support a healthier, more connected Western Sydney. We are seeking a Manager, Mental Health Programs and Partnerships to lead operational delivery across key mental health and suicide prevention programs, including Primary Mental Health Care and the Medicare Mental Health Referral Spoke.
Working through key leads and direct reports, you will build team capability, support performance and accountability, and enable reliable, consumer-focused, culturally safe and high-quality service delivery. You will help translate regional mental health and suicide prevention priorities into practical operations, quality improvement, reporting and partnerships that improve access, experiences and outcomes for people across Western Sydney.

You are a collaborative, values-led leader who is motivated by improving mental health outcomes for Western Sydney communities. You bring sound judgement, strong operational discipline and the ability to work constructively with teams, providers, funders and partners to turn regional priorities into practical, high-quality service delivery.

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for continuation subject to funding and organisational requirements. Successful candidates Applicants must have full Australian working rights, a Working with Children Check, and a National Police Check is required for the successful candidate. Current Drivers licence and fully insured vehicle also required
