What you’ll do?

We are seeking an experienced IT Services Team Leader to lead our Service Centre and Deployment teams in Banyo. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across device repairs, staging, imaging, configuration, deployments, rollouts, and asset lifecycle services. You'll lead a team of technicians, drive operational excellence, and ensure customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead, coach and develop Service Centre and Deployment Technicians to achieve operational objectives
• Coordinate daily workloads across repairs, staging, imaging, configuration and deployment activities.
• Allocate resources and manage priorities to meet customer deadlines and service expectations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational, technical, scheduling and process-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Logistics, Warehouse and Service Delivery teams.

What you’ll bring?

• Demonstrated experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor or Operations leadership role.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational, technical, service centre or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management capability.
• Experience working with IT equipment, device lifecycle services, deployment operations or technical processes.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and process compliance.

What else do you need to apply?

• Travel on-site to our office in Banyo.
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
