Co-Ordinator & Administrator with a forklift licence

Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Co-ordinator & Administrator (Forklift licence required) for our client in Smithfield.

• Temp to Perm – Day shift
• Immediate start

What you will be required to do:

• Co-ordinating freight movements
• Managing inventory & providing administrative support across the warehouse & logistics operations.
• Process orders, delivery documentation & freight paperwork
• Maintaining accurate records & update inventory using SAP
• Communicate with customers, suppliers & internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
• Assist with the warehouse operations when required, including forklift operation.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Current LF Forklift Licence  
• Previous experience in freight, transport & logistics co-ordination
• Inventory management experience
• Experience using SAP or similar
• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player
