About the role
Help shape the future of speech pathology
At Pop Family, we believe every Australian deserves access to exceptional speech therapy, no matter where they live. Founded and led by Speech Pathologists, every decision we make is shaped by people who genuinely understand what it means to be a Speechie.
With 80+ Speech Pathologists supporting children and adults across Australia through telehealth, we’ve built a collaborative, values-driven culture committed to helping both our clients and our clinicians thrive.
This is a fully remote role, work from anywhere in Australia. Location is not a barrier; whether you’re in a major city or a regional or rural area, all you need is a reliable internet connection to join our team. We’re open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, so whether you’re looking for a permanent full-time caseload or a part-time role that fits around other commitments, we’d love to hear from you.
Why Pop?
Everything we do is guided by our values of Excellence, Holistic Care, Courage, Ownership and Providing Value.
About the Role
You’ll manage a diverse, engaging caseload with a focus on speech sound disorders, primarily paediatric, with opportunities to support adults. You’ll also have exposure to language and literacy, early communication, AAC, orofacial myology, feeding and swallowing, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Clients access services through Private, NDIS, Schools and Hospital funding pathways.
We’re committed to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, family-centred care.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for experienced Speech Pathologists with strong clinical skills in speech sound disorders who hold themselves to a high clinical standard. We welcome applicants who have experience in, or a genuine understanding of, the private practice model.
