Senior Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar Labour Hire

$50 per hour | Temp to Perm | 100% Work From Home


The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Blue Collar Labour Hire to help grow our NSW business across the construction, trades, manufacturing and industrial sectors.

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role for someone who knows labour hire and can both win the work and fill the work.

You’ll have the freedom to work from home, manage your own desk and build relationships with clients across NSW.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Business development across the NSW construction and manufacturing markets
• Cold calling, prospecting and generating new client opportunities
• Building relationships with Site Managers, Project Managers, Production Managers and key decision-makers
• Winning new labour hire clients and job orders
• Developing and growing existing accounts
• Recruiting blue-collar labour hire workers
• Advertising, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Reference checking and candidate compliance
• Building a strong pool of reliable, job-ready workers
• Filling urgent and high-volume labour hire requirements
• Managing client and worker relationships
• Increasing headcount across your accounts

About You We’re specifically looking for someone with blue-collar labour hire recruitment experience.

You'll ideally have recruited within:

• Construction & Civil
• Trades & Labour
• Manufacturing
• Warehousing & Logistics
• Industrial Labour Hire

You’ll be confident with business development and comfortable picking up the phone and creating your own opportunities.

We’re not looking for an order taker.

We want someone who can open doors, win clients, build relationships and then recruit the workforce to deliver on those accounts.
You’ll also need to be self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
